Dear Readers and Colleagues,

 

Welcome to the fi rst issue of Neurologia Croatica in 2024.

In this issue, we bring you an interesting paper about the diagnostic pathway in patients with a non-specifi c presentation of neurosarcoidosis, emphasizing the role of magnetic resonance imaging. Furthermore, we present the study results investigating the eff ect of diff erent forms of highly active disease modifying therapy on T lymphocyte values in persons with multiple sclerosis. Th e importance of having a broad diff erential diagnosis to avoid misdiagnosis in patients suff ering from Parsonage-Turner syndrome is presented as an educational case report.

In memoriam is dedicated to Ana Sotrel, MD, the expert in the fi eld of neuropathology, whose scientifi c contribution and enthusiasm for research in neurological diseases are well known worldwide.
